स्टेप 2: इसी तरह अगर आपके पास आंवला पाउडर नहीं है तो आंवला को ब्लेंड करके उसका पेस्ट बना लें.
चरण 3: मिश्रण या पाउडर में शहद मिलाएं।
चरण 4: सभी सामग्री को अच्छी तरह मिला लें।

 

हिबिस्कस और आंवला फेस मास्क का उपयोग कैसे करें:
अपनी त्वचा के रोमछिद्रों को खोलने के लिए अपने चेहरे पर 5 से 7 मिनट तक भाप लें। फेस पैक के घटक आपकी त्वचा में आसानी से समा जाएंगे क्योंकि रोम छिद्र खुल गए हैं। गुलहड़-आंवला फेस मास्क के फायदे दुगने हो जाएंगे। अपने पूरे चेहरे पर फेस मास्क लगाएं और इसे 20 मिनट के लिए छोड़ दें। फेस वॉश के इस्तेमाल से बचें और इसके बजाय अपने चेहरे को सादे पानी से धो लें।
