दिन में दो बार स्नान करें। यह आपकी त्वचा को पसीने और गंदगी की गंध से दूर रखेगा, जो त्वचा की सुंदरता के लिए सबसे महत्वपूर्ण है। कोमल, मुलायम रेशमी त्वचा के लिए, इस पौष्टिक स्नान - 2 चम्मच नमक, 1 चम्मच बादाम का तेल और आधा चम्मच माल्ट सिरका की कोशिश करें और नहाने से पहले त्वचा पर लगाएँ।
त्वचा को सूरज की हानिकारक किरणों से बचाने के लिए 15 से 30 एसपीएफ युक्त सनस्क्रीन का इस्तेमाल करें। दिन भर में 8-10 गिलास पानी पिएं। इससे आपकी त्वचा डिहाइड्रेट नहीं होगी और त्वचा को अंदर से पोषण मिलेगा। अगर आपकी त्वचा तेज सूरज की किरणों से झुलस गई है, तो एलोवेरा जेल या एलोवेरा लोशन लगाएं।

यह त्वचा को ठंडक प्रदान करता है और सनबर्न को जल्दी ठीक करता है। दिन में कई बार चेहरे पर ठंडे पानी के छींटे मारें। यह चेहरे की चिपचिपाहट से राहत देगा और त्वचा को बेहतर सांस देगा। आंखों में सुंदर चमक बनाए रखने और उन्हें जलने से बचाने के लिए आंखों पर 10-15 मिनट के लिए खीरे या कपास झाड़ू का गुलाब जल में पैक रखें। रूखी त्वचा को मुलायम और मुलायम बनाने के लिए प्राकृतिक फल, जैसे कि खट्टे फल, आड़ू, अखरोट और नट्स का प्रयोग करें। यदि आपके पास अधिक शुष्क त्वचा है, तो आप जैतून का तेल और ग्लिसरीन भी लगा सकते हैं।

गुलाब जल, ग्लिसरीन और जैतून के तेल से बना फेस पैक चेहरे पर लगाएं, यह बहुत प्रभावी है। अगर आपकी त्वचा सामान्य या संयोजन प्रकार की है, तो आधा चम्मच मुल्तानी मिट्टी, आधा चम्मच चंदन पाउडर, 2 बड़े चम्मच गुलाब जल, थोड़ा दूध और एक चुटकी केसर मिला कर पेस्ट तैयार करें और इसे फ्रिज में ठंडा करें। इसे चेहरे पर 15-20 मिनट के लिए लगाएं। बाद में चेहरा धो लें। अगर आपकी सूखी त्वचा है, तो ऊपर बताए गए पैक में मुल्तानी मिट्टी न डालें। तैलीय त्वचा के लिए, मुल्तानी मिट्टी में एक बड़ा चम्मच संतरे या खीरे के गूदे को मिलाकर एक पैक तैयार करें।

इसे 15-20 मिनट के लिए चेहरे पर छोड़ दें और फिर ठंडे पानी से धो लें। सप्ताह में एक बार दूध से स्नान करें। बाथ टब में गुनगुना पानी लें और उसमें एक कप दूध, दो चम्मच बादाम का तेल और आधा चम्मच संतरे का रस डालें। इसमें अपने शरीर को 15 मिनट के लिए भिगोएँ। नाशपाती, सेब, संतरे, स्ट्रॉबेरी और अंगूर को एक साथ पीसकर एक पेस्ट बनाएं। सबसे पहले चेहरे पर शहद की एक परत लगाएं, फिर इस पेस्ट को लगाएं। 20 मिनट बाद धो लें। चेहरे पर सुंदर और प्राकृतिक चमक आ जाएगी। संतरे के छिलके का पाउडर दही और फेशियल में मिलाया जाता है 15 मिनट के बाद, ठंडे पानी से धो लें।
