जानिए योग करने से पहले और बाद में आपको क्या खाना चाहिए

योग शारीरिक समस्याओं को दूर करने के साथ-साथ मानसिक आनंद भी प्रदान करता है। इसलिए योग करने के लिए सबसे पहले आपको खुद को तैयार करना होगा। इसके साथ ही योग से जुड़े आहार को बनाए रखना महत्वपूर्ण है। हम आपको बताएंगे कि योग से पहले और बाद में क्या खाना चाहिए।
नाश्ता हल्का होना चाहिए: यदि आपके पास सुबह का योग समय निर्धारित है, तो शुरू करने से लगभग ढाई घंटे पहले नाश्ता करें। नाश्ता हल्का और ताज़ा होना चाहिए। आप चाहें तो पोहा या ओट्स का दलिया खा सकते हैं।

 

अधिक पानी पिएं: योग के लिए जरूरी है कि आपका शरीर हर समय हाइड्रेटेड रहे। यह गतिविधि के दौरान पसीने के कारण होने वाली निर्जलीकरण की समस्या से संबंधित है। शरीर को एक निश्चित मात्रा में पानी की जरूरत होती है।

केला : आप चाहें तो योग से पहले केला खा सकते हैं। केले में फाइबर की मात्रा अधिक होती है, जो पाचन तंत्र को ठीक रखने में मदद करता है। इतना ही नहीं केला शरीर के अंदर एनर्जी बनाए रखने में मदद करता है।

दो घंटे पहले कुछ न खाएं: अगर आप योग के दौरान भारीपन महसूस नहीं करना चाहते हैं तो दो घंटे पहले कुछ भी खाने से बचें। अगर आप खाना खाने के ठीक बाद योग करते हैं तो आपको पेट फूलना और पेट की अन्य समस्याएं हो सकती हैं।
शराब न पिएं
योग का अभ्यास करने के बाद शराब का सेवन करना आपके स्वास्थ्य के लिए बेहद हानिकारक हो सकता है। इससे बीमारी भी हो सकती है इसलिए कभी भी यह गलती न करें। यदि आप योग का अभ्यास करते हैं तो आपको शराब से दूर रहना चाहिए। यह आपके सभी प्रयासों को पूर्ववत कर देगा।

 

बाद में क्या खाएं: योगाभ्यास के 30 से 40 मिनट बाद पहले पानी पीने की सलाह दी जाती है। पानी पीने के बाद हमें ऐसा खाना खाना चाहिए जिसमें अनाज हो। आप चाहें तो दूध और अनाज खा सकते हैं।
