1) संतुलित आहार-

 1.हेल्दी रहने के लिए सबसे पहले हमे अपने आहार पर विशेष ध्यान देने की आवश्यकता होती है।
 2.हरदिन  हमे  सकस संतुलित आहार का पालन करना चाहिए।


2 )आहार नियोजन-

1.अच्छे हेल्थ के लिए अपने जीवन में आहार नियोजन का अधिक महत्व होता है।
2.अपने रोज के खाने में आप प्रोटीन, खनिज, अँटीऑक्सिडंट, कार्बोहाइड्रेट, फायबर, जैसे पोषकघटक युक्त आहार सेवन करे ।
3.आप जितना कॅलरी लेते है उसपर आपको विशेष ध्यान देने की जरूरत है।

3)फ्रेश फल और फ्रेश हरी सब्जियां-

1.ताजे फल, सलाड, सूखे मेवे, अनाज, दही, दूध ,पनीर ऐसे डेयरी प्रॉडक्ट का आहार में समावेश जरूर करे ।
2.ताजी हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियां, हेल्दी फूड्स अवश्य खाएं।
3.तुलसी के पत्ते , ग्रीन टी, लहसून का खाने में समावेश करे।

4)ताजा भोजन–

1.नियमित रूप से पर्याप्त ताजा भोजन खाएं।
2.बासी भोजन न करें।
3.अपने नियमित खाने का टाईम फिक्स रखे।

5)सुबह का हेल्दी नाश्ता-

1.हर सुबह के नाश्ते की शुरूवात पौष्टिक आहार से किया जाना चाहिए।
2.इससे पेट भरा हुआ रहता है और आपका मूड पूरे दिन ताजा रहता है।
3.आपको शारीरिक और मानसिक दोनों तरह से ऊर्जा मिलती है।
4.इसके लिए एनर्जी से भरपूर ऐसा  सुबह का नाश्ता कभी भी स्किप नही करना चाहीए।
