Actress Sameera Reddy Discloses Her Beauty Regime And Beauty Products

On social media, Sameera Reddy has consistently promoted self-love. The actor and mother of two posts interesting content on her Instagram account about a variety of topics, including motherhood, mental health, and beauty. 

At a celebration for Kama Ayurveda's 20th anniversary, the actor spoke exclusively to Femina about beauty tips and skincare regimens that help her stay stress-free throughout the day while she takes care of her two children, creates beautiful content for Instagram, and looks fantastic every day.

The performer says, "After having kids, my daily routine altered." She also believes that her notion of beauty has evolved through time. "I kept things very simple when it comes to caring for my skin. I apply kumkumadi oil to my skin. I use a beautiful kumkumadi cleanser from Kama Ayurveda that is easy to remove makeup with because it turns milky as you wash it off. It has SPF protection for the daytime, however to prevent dryness at night, my skin needs a heavier cream.

Sameera views beauty as just being the greatest version of oneself possible given her age. "Embracing the greys that have developed, for instance, or the colour of my skin, which I adore. We need to set the right example for our children, thus I think beauty needs to be redefined," adds Sameera, who considers brown skin and wavy hair to be particularly attractive.

 

The actor is prepared to enjoy the changing weather as summer draws near. Even in the winter, Sameera asserts that sunscreen is a summertime beauty must. I notice that individuals in India simply won't apply sunscreen, which needs to change because it helps with pigmentation and protects our skin from wrinkles as we age.

Consequently, organic and chemical-free deodorant, sunscreen, a nice body mist because we all sweat a lot, and a modest quantity of perfume are summer requirements, according to her.

 

Sameera utilises natural medicines religiously and even on her children. Gram flour and yoghurt are her go-to home cure for cleaning, moisturising, and softening the skin. She is an expert on social media and has used some of the popular makeup tips. "I do, in fact, test them out. I enjoy using a spoon to create really attractive cat-like eyeliner that would typically take me ten minutes to create. The feisty mama beams, "I really, really love hacks and I adore following influencers who give me ideas to try all kinds of weird stuff.
