zinc:
Zinc is important for immune system function, wound healing, and DNA synthesis. Found in meat, seafood, beans, and fortified grains.

 


selenium:
Selenium is important for immune system function and thyroid hormone production. Found in Brazil nuts, seafood, and whole grains.

sodium:
Too much sodium can be harmful, but it is important for regulating fluid balance and muscle function. Found in salt, processed foods, and some whole foods.
