Maintaining a healthy nine-month pregnancy after conceiving is no less than a challenge. After getting pregnant, the only thing that comes to my mind now is what should I eat, how should I exercise and what should be taken care of.

Breathlessness is normal, especially in the third trimester of pregnancy, and also occurs during the early stages of pregnancy. Some women may feel short of breath from the first trimester of pregnancy. If shortness of breath is common when doing things like climbing stairs, it is normal, but if you have a respiratory disease like asthma, then it can cause trouble. Might have to take it.

The biggest enemy of health is stress. Stress affects both the pregnant woman and her baby. Many possible complications during pregnancy and delivery can be avoided by staying away from mental and physical stress.

Not only during pregnancy, but women also have to take care of their diet before conceiving and even after delivery. Consuming nutritious food during pregnancy helps in the proper development of the baby's brain and at the time of birth, the weight of the baby is also right. A balanced diet also prevents birth defects in the baby, anemia in pregnancy, morning sickness, etc. Avoid eating junk food.

During the nine months of pregnancy, the body is working hard for the nutrition and development of the baby. During this time, the body needs a sufficient amount of protein which can be met from eggs. With this, the protein requirement of both mother and child can be met.
However, eating half-boiled eggs or undercooked eggs carries a risk of salmonella. It is a type of bacterial infection that affects the intestines. These include vomiting, diarrhea, convulsions, fever, headache, and blood in the stool.

how to exercise

There is no better way to stay healthy and fit than with exercise. Weight gain during pregnancy can also be controlled with exercise. According to experts, regular exercise keeps both mother and baby healthy and safe, but choosing the right exercise during pregnancy is very important.
Do moderate-intensity exercise for at least 150 minutes a week. Walk for few minutes every day. Breathing exercises will also benefit but avoid heavy weight-lifting and strenuous exercises.

A healthy lifestyle will have a direct impact on the health of the child. Pregnant women should not consume tobacco, cigarettes, and alcohol. Drinking alcohol during pregnancy can cause alcohol from the mother's blood vessels to reach the baby's blood vessels, causing fetal alcohol syndrome.
This happens due to continuous drinking during the nine months of pregnancy. Cigarettes can affect the oxygen and blood flow reaching the baby. Therefore, it is better that you stay away from all these things during pregnancy.
