Eyes also have muscles and you can do exercises to keep them fit. If you do eye exercises in the morning or at night while sleeping, then much better results can be obtained from it. It is also the right step to give your eyes a few seconds' rests in between work. You can do this once in an hour for five seconds. If your job involves sitting in front of the computer or studying all the time, then closing your eyes in between will give you a lot of relief. You may find it strange to hear this, but by doing so, the load on your eyes will be less and they will remain healthy for a long time.
