एक छोटे चम्मच हल्दी
एक बड़ा चम्मच दही
ऐसे करे प्रयोग 
दही का इस्तेमाल करने से स्किन चमकदार बनती हैं और चेहरे से सूजन भी कम हो जाती है। इस पैक को बनाने के लिए एक छोटे चम्मच हल्दी में एक बड़ा चम्मच दही मिला लें। फिर इस पेस्ट को अपने हाथों पर लेकर आंखों के नीचे हल्के हाथों से रगड़ें। 10-15 मिनट तक सूखाने के बाद त्वचा को गर्म पानी से धो लें। आप इस नुस्खे को हफ्ते में 3 बार अपना सकते हैं।

एलोवेरा जेल और हल्दी पाउडर 
सामग्री

4 टेबलस्पून एलोवेरा जेल
1 टेबलस्पून  matcha का पाउडर 
चुटकी भर हल्दी पाउडर 
ऐसे करे प्रयोग 
एक कटोरी में 4 टेबलस्पून एलोवेरा जेल, 1 टेबलस्पून matcha का पाउडर और चुटकी भर हल्दी को डालकर उसे अच्छी तरह मिलाएं और इस पेस्ट को रात में अपनी आंखों के नीचे लगाकर छोड़ दें। कुछ रात तक लगातार इस प्रयोग को करें और अगली सुबह होकर पानी से धो लें।

  • खीरे की स्लाइस

ऐसे करे प्रयोग 


खीरा शरीर में पानी की कमी को पूरा करता है। खीरा आंखों को ठंडक पहुंचाकर आंखों के नीचे से काले घेरे को दूर करता है। इस नुस्खे को अपनाने के लिए पहले खीरे की स्लाइस को काट लें। फिर उसे कुछ देर के लिए फ्रिज में रख दें। जब वह ठंडा हो जाए तो उसे निकालकर करीब 10 मिनट तक अपनी आंखों पर रखें। नियमित तौर पर यह उपाय अपनाने से भी डार्क सर्कल्स कम होते हैं।


दूध और बेकिंग सोडा 

 

सामग्री 

  • 4 बड़े चम्मच कच्चा दूध 
  • 2 बड़े चम्मच बेकिंग सोडा 
  •  

ऐसे करे प्रयोग 

एक छोटे बाउल में दोनों सामग्रियों को डालें। फिर दोनों सामग्रियों को आपस में अच्छी तरह से मिलाएं हुए पेस्ट तैयार करें। इस तैयार पेस्ट को थोड़ी देर के लिए फ्रिज में रख दें। अब ये आई मास्क 20 मिनट तक के लिए आँखें के निचे लगाइये, और आँखें बंद करके लेट जाएं। फ्रिज में रखने की वजह से ये आँखों को ठंडक प्रदान करेगा। 20 मिनट बाद चेहरा और आँखें पानी से धो लें। इस मास्क का हफ्ते में दो बार इस्तेमाल करें इससे आँखों के नीचे की झुर्रियों से राहत मिलेगी।
