You will need this material

2 eggs 1 yolk (optional) Black pepper, oregano, chili flakes salt to taste


Here is the recipe

  • Take two eggs, separate the egg yolk from the egg white.
  • Beat the egg white until it becomes fluffy and thick. Check the hardness by dipping a fork in it, and see if the mixture is perfect.
  • Add salt, pepper, oregano, and chili flakes to taste.
  • You can add one egg yolk to the mixture if you want but don't over mix once the egg whites are ready.
  • Meanwhile, heat a pan with a spoonful of ghee on low flame, add the puffed mixture, and spread it evenly.
  • Put a lid on and let it cook till it leaves the edge. Do not flip the omelet.
  • Cook it for another two minutes then fold one-third of the omelet in the middle and the other side. Just serve on a plate and enjoy it hot.
